The prolific type pen was invented only in recent memory but still we can read the bible, the other holy scriptures. We are able to read about ancient art and culture, thanks to the historians.
I think anyone and everyone who has the capacity should write. We can choose to write stories, novels, poems, songs, essays and we won't run out of readers. Even writers would love to read other writers.
Writers are a blessed kind. They don't die from memory. Other writers are fortunate too. They can get good fortunes, like the scriptwriters and novelists.
There's also the one of a kind writers who write computer programs. There are passionate writers - they write poems. There are heroes, they write about the times. They bring out the truth, even at the cost of their lives. And the works of writers last for ages.
